Silver Lining
I mentioned a few days ago that I'd just finished reading The Road, and it's depressing as hell. But the one good thing about a post-Apocalyptic world is that films like this would never, ever be made again.

For the love of god WHY!?!?!
In other news - I'm currently reading "The Road" myself. I'm kind of bummed about it getting moved to '09 but at least I have more time to finish it before I see the film.
School doesn't give me much time to read for pleasure I'm afraid.

This is the rare book I bought and plan to read.
I hope a lot of people get OWNED in it.
As for the movie, HILLCOAT's PROPOSITION represents WHOLESALE OWNAGE. Cannot wait.
Also, THERON is the HOTNESS despite being OLD now.

Lex, I did a roundtable interview with Theron at AFI Dallas earlier this year (one of the more bizarre roundtables I've ever been to, but that's another story). You'll be happy to know that she is stunningly beautiful in person. She was sick with the flu and still managed to look radiant (oh, I know she had a makeup person to help accomplish that, but still ...)
And yeah, The Proposition rocks. Love that movie.
