Press Release - A New Distributor (content)

***BREAKING NEWS STORY***

ONE OF THE GOOD GUYS RIDES INTO SUNDANCE
Consolidated Pictures Group in the market for new films

A new player in the film distribution ranks, CONSOLIDATED PICTURES GROUP, INC
has stratigically launched in time for the opening weekend of Sundance.
They will be heading to Park City to find good films to release… A story we’ve heard before,
the only difference is that this new company is headed by a filmmaker and alumnus of
the Sundance Film Festival.

Randall Miller was the director of last year’s indie hit BOTTLE SHOCK
which he and his partner Jody Savin produced and
self-released to the tune of $4.5M in domestic box. Freesytle Releasing
handled the theatrical bookings, 20th Century Fox is handling the home
entertainment and Netflix is handling the digital downloading. BOTTLE hits
DVD February 3rd. All those deals were brokered by the duo.

The filmmaking pair previously unspooled MARILYN HOTCHKISS’ BALLROOM DANCING & CHARM SCHOOL
at the ’05 Fest. MARILYN was picked up by Goldwyn at that festival. Also
last year under the same model the team self-released NOBEL SON theatrically
and it will be coming out on DVD March 10th.

“After putting together the P&A and designing and engineering the release of
BOTTLE SHOCK & NOBEL SON last year, we realized that we could do this for
other filmmakers as well. Miller and Savin were approached by Timothy
Cavanaugh and James Mancuso of Leonidas Films, a publicly traded company.
Together with a group of equity investors they are forming Consolidated
Pictures Group Inc. with a plan to finance and produce two films this year
and pick up two other films to release theatrically.

Says Miller, “The real difference between myself and other studios is that I am a filmmaker first
and foremost. I care about the art of filmmaking and I want to help get
these films out to the public. But the distribution model for independent
films is broken and my partners and I are determined to do for other
people’s films what we did for BOTTLE SHOCK.”
