I think the snake's happy to see some nice, huge David Poland calves to sink its fangs into.

is that a paraguayan anaconda? Poor thing is probably scared. Or hungry. Doubt it has fangs or the Dude wouldn't be holding him that way. Snakey would be more likely to eat Poland in his entirety. Or Kevin Smith if he's a alot more hungry.
Comicon is a big Buffet for a snake like that (probably thinks he died and is at the Serpentine Celestial Smorgasbord).
