Unfortunately it ends with the Praxis-style Death Star explosion, which ruins the whole thing. Stupid Praxis explosions!

awww, cute.
to be truly "period", they could start it off with Luke's brief origins in tattooine, then they could add 20 sec of footage and include the "heroine in peril" bits like Leia being approached by the truth-droid-bearing-needle, and "help me Obi-wan kenobi, you're my only hope" and her (ridiculous) chained to Jabba in Jabba's Lair.
well, the explosion is cheese kind of expected since blowing up the death star I & II was the brass ring, even though a bigger prize might be a case of Shiner bock.
