Man, what haters! I thought that was hilarious and brilliant... I'm just amazed what people can come up with when they know they can immediately get an audience thanks to YouTube and MySpace. Who needs distribution, studios, MTV or any other corporations anymore?

sometimes there are diamonds in the rough on youtube and myspace, but there's an awful lot that are just X meets Y, i.e. not original.

Lota, if it's only movies you're looking for, go to Karie Bible's indispensable filmradar.com. If you're looking for other events, grab a copy of the L.A. Weekly or cruise their website (laweekly.com, natch).
