Oh god, can't she just go one week without being in the press? First, she pollutes the court of my fav Spurs and now she's going to be the Norma Rae of the strike.

My favorite part of the news coverage of the strike today were the picketers on the DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES location shoot chanting "Eva Longoria! We write the story-a!"

No, I'm not making this up.

LOL. Yeah saw Longoria on Eyewitness news. It was totally photo-op(y). Hey, Julia Louis Dreyfuss was there at the Desperate Housewives location trying to disrupt the shoot. I was never a huge fan of her, but if she keeps walking the picket like this, she's got my respect.

Hurricane Katrina gets General Russel Honoré.

The wildfires get Arnold Schwarzenegger.

And now the Hollywood shutdown is rescued by Eva Longoria.

I love this town.

You know, now you have to drop $10.95 on Heartbreak Kid.

The producers probably paid her 50K to do this to generate sympathy for themslves.

On ET she was all "we are halting filming... tomorrow" as if she was being suddenly pressured into it. Too bad if the producers didn't know about this plan of her's.
