Wow, I didn't know that Hirsch was going to be in the Harvey Milk movie. Between him, Sean Penn, Josh Brolin and Gus Van Sant, there's a lot of talent aligned around a very interesting story. I really can't wait to see that flick.

It must be hard for him to talk about Into the Wild, two years removed from the experiene, after having already filmed a whole other movie and having done press for Into the Wild four months ago. But he's a very charming cat, very Venice Beach.
