Zeeeeeeeelllllll!!!!!
We will be assuming a 50/50 ad-to-editorial ratio base as a floor to right-size our papers. With that benchmark we can significantly scale back the size of the papers we print, and take significant costs out of our operating run rate.
The coincidence is looking less and less like a coincidence

Want to make it interactive? Sell the paper, ads and all, on a sim card, with or without the hardcopy newsprint, and give away the handheld readers, or use the sim card on your computer/tv.

That's how we knew Stane was the bad guy. Bald and Van Dyke=Evil. This allowed for it to be a comfortable surprise. Oh, and did anyone else notice the shipping name on the secret files? Lebowski!
