He stole "boom" from "Observe & Report."

They must have been very pleased about the initial, but not to last, NC-17. Now they can claim they are being censored and oppressed and release a DVD version "with footage too hot for theatres" and make more millions.

Really, this is such a non-event. Borat was such a grab bag of hit and miss and Cohen, ever the patrician kid - only - takes easy targets. No real edge here at all.

Borat, with all of the reviews saying IT WAS THE GREATEST COMEDY EVERY MADE IN THE HISTORY OF THE MEDIUM FOREVER AND EVER AMEN, made less than 130 million domestic.

Do you think this can top that?

i've been trying to embed thia all day...finally gave up...

gee, nicole, your predictability is eclipsed only by the tightness of your sphincter. i suggest you hurry up and learn how to defend yourself against a man with 3 dildos

"Only" 130 domestic? For an R-rated comedy starring nobody (at the time)?

I'd like to know what a difficult target would be.

plus, perm, you forgot 'borat' only cost like 6 rubles to make to that 130 is pretty much gravy

What really gets me is that the mother of the baby boy consented to having her son on such a movie. Think of what he'll feel when he grows up and see this film.

This trailer is not funny.

MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING did $250 million, and the biggest name in the cast was Lainie Kazan.

The audio feed was so bad I could barely make out any of the dialogue.
Had the same problem while trying to watch the trailer on the Variety website.
Anyone else had similar aural difficulties?
