I much prefer this Ben Stiller to the Night at the Museum Ben Stiller. Even if it's a crap movie, at least he's not in "I'm a funny guy" mode.

Really, really liked Gerwig in "Hannah Takes the Stairs" and "Baghead." Kind of cool to see her (and Duplass) in a slightly wider-audience flick.

Whew, for a second I thought this was directed by the guy who made Hannah Takes the Stairs. I was shocked that anyone would give him money.

Loved Gerwig in Hannah but especially Nights and Weekends (though how can you not hold a soft spot for someone who is so cavalier about nudity). She so adept at playing someone who's an emotional fuck-up and yet still sympathetic.

whoops posted to soon, I meant to add that Gerwig should be perfect for a Baumbach film since after Squid and Margot this will probably be another Dance of the Nightmare People comedy where everyone is insecure, needy and vindictive.
